Remember that Friday is a half day for all students. We dismiss promptly at 11:30 AM. No lunches are needed on Friday. No aftercare is available.
Elementary students should arrive back at the church at 5 pm.
Sprouts should arrive at the church at 5:30 pm.
The play begins at 6 pm. Plan for a 2 hour performance. A little cast party will take place after the play in the back meeting room. Those that have offered to make treats to share, please drop them off in the back room before the play.
Sprouts will be sitting in special areas during the play. If for some reason your child cannot handle being in the play, once we realize this we will send your child to sit with you for the remainder of the play. Hopefully this won't happen!
We strongly encourage the Seedlings families to come with their children to watch their fellow schoolmates acting so that when they enter Sprouts, they will be more familiar with how things are done.
Costs to attend the play are $10 per person. Staff and students do not pay. Children viewing the play under 3 do not pay. You can pay by check (payable to Fields of Green) or cash. We donate half of the proceeds to the church as a thank you for allowing us to use their facility.
ALL students should come to the church with their costumes on, and in the case of kids with multiple costumes, they must be wearing their first costume. Any costume changes will take place in the church kitchen and all clothes must be laid out carefully there when you arrive so that your child will be able to quickly change between scenes.
And finally.....as of today I have no voice - it figures - so I hope it returns by Friday, otherwise I may have a spokesperson or else you will all have to read cue cards!!! It's always something....
